Precision Metal

Precision metal specially means metal processing type that requires high precision in the hardware industry. Usually, the “Precision” commonly means the tolerance is within 0.05mm. Connector Parts

Electronic connector is also called circuit connector, which is to connect two conductors in one loop to make the electricity or signal flow from one conductor into another conductor. Relay Plug Pins

Relay is a kind of automatic electric switch, and its contact unit includes the plug pins. The relay plug pins is for connecting external electric power and signal in the relay. Their internal ends divide into the ones of tin welding connection wire and spring plate contact switch. So their material must have good performances of electric conduction and easy tin plating.

Stamping Parts For Insert Molding

Many metal parts have to use the method of machining to process before, and the cost is high and the efficiency is low. Currently, more and more parts in the electronic products are not simple metal parts or plastic parts, but to use the method of inert molding to produce. In this way, the component strength can be guaranteed and also the processing method can be improved to make the production cost lower.

Metal Bar

This part is a metal bar, which is the metal decoration bar used on the protection case for mobile phone. According to customer’s drawing with combining the convenient need of follow-up electroplating, the die has been built with unit of air-actuated cut off. It’s a progressive die, and the strip will be automatic air-actuated cut off after 20 parts are done during production. And the strip with 20 parts will directly go for follow-up electroplating that is in the rack plating.

Metal Cap

The part is the metal decoration cap on the housing of beauty apparatus, which is used by inserting to fit into the plastic housing. So, it’s the visible part and its surface must be bright without any scratch and has good flatness. The die we design and build is progressive for production, and the metal cap is drawing formed in round shape.

Stainless Steel Plate For EDM Electrode Holder

This part is the 50*50mm locating plate of electrode holder, which is the steel plate for standard electrode holder used on the EDM machine. Its material is 0.6mm stainless steel 301 and the hardness is between HV380-420. This product has high demand on flatness and can’t have any burr, and it’s required tight tolerance too.

Metal Components

This part is the metal component, which assembles in the plastic cylinder. It is the contact part between the internal electronic components and external output power. This product use 0.5mm brass H62 as the material, and it will do the nickel plating after stamping production.

Curl Terminal

This curl terminal is also called ring terminal, and as a component for electric connection, its main function is to guide electricity. And it is classified as a kind of connector in industry. This curl terminal is applied to connect electric wires conveniently, which is actually a metal plate in a certain length sealed in the isolated plastic and there are holes on its two ends for wires to insert.

In the supply for pad computer, we mainly provide the metal parts of assembly brackets, connectors and terminals for customers. The brackets usually use stainless steel, and the connectors and terminals mainly use copper. Customers will provide part files or samples, and we provide the OEM services for them. We are able to design and build the tooling, and can make samples in free for clients.

Laptop Keyboard Metal Backplate

The metal backplates used on the laptop keyboard or wireless keyboard are mainly galvanized sheet, and the thickness is 0.3mm. This backplate has many small fasteners, which are the critical assembling structure. So that requires high tolerance. Parts must be out of oil and burr.

The produce material is stainless steel, and they are progressively produced and then passivated afterwards. Drawn Shell

We have rich experience in drawn forming and have done many cases of drawn shells for customers. As the pictures shown, the parts are OEM customized by us based on customer’s print and sample. We design and build the die which is the progressive design. The product material is 1.0mm thick galvanized steel, and the part needs to be drawn formed by several steps so that the production quality and efficiency of the part can improve a lot.

Drawn Aluminum Housing

As the pictures shown, the product is an adapter, which is a drawn aluminum housing, and the final user is the Japanese customer. This pat uses two kinds of compound aluminum material to reach customer’s requirement on product surface. And the client has high requirement on the flatness and perpendicularity of the part, and also the formed wall thickness can’t change too much.

Drawn Lock Cover

As the pictures shown, the product is the cover used in the inside of intelligent lock, which is made with drawn forming. The part material is 0.4mm thick brass H65, and it is OEM customized based on the client’s print. This part requires highly on the position and dimension tolerance of the assembling holes, so the position of the holes need to make the emboss before pierce.

EMI Shielding Cans For Circuit Board

We supply variety of customized shield cans, and most of them are used for preventing Electro-Magnetic Interference(EMI) to shield for the components and LCM on printed circuit board. We are able to build new dies and also produce precise stamping parts for clients according to their part files. Our average development cycle to build a new die is 15-20 days, and we can make prototypes for clients in free of charge. So that both the parties can get benefit from each other to achieve a win-win situation.

RFI Shielding

RFI is an acronym for Radio Frequency Interference. Radio frequency is a high-frequency alternating current, also known as electromagnetic waves. Radio frequency interference is the interference caused by electromagnetic waves. For example, two electromagnetic waves with similar frequencies will be received by the receiver at the same time and cause interference.

PCB Shield Can

Shield cans are more common in mobile phone PCBs, mainly because mobile phones have GPS, BT, Wifi, 2G/3G/4G/5G and other wireless communication circuits, some such as sensitive analog circuits, DC-DC switching power supply circuits, generally, It needs to be isolated with a shield, on the one hand, so as not to affect other circuits, and on the other hand, to prevent other circuits from affecting itself. Another function of the shield is to prevent collisions. After PCB SMT, it will be divided into boards. Generally, adjacent boards need to be separated to prevent them from being too close and causing collisions in subsequent tests or other transportation processes.

One Piece Shield

The shielding cases are mainly divided into a single and double pieces structure. One piece shield cost is low, SMT is attached to the PCB directly; two-piece shield cost is high, but it is convenient for hardware debugging and post-maintenance. For single-piece shield, SMT is attached to the PCB directly, it is recommended to choose nickel silver, as the welding performance is good.

Two Piece Shield

The shield cases are mainly divided into a single and double pieces structure. Single piece cost is low, the SMT is attached to the PCB directly; Double-piece cost is high, but it is convenient for hardware debugging and post-maintenance. The double pieces of shields are frame and cover respectively, and the frame is SMT welded to the PCB and the cover is directly buckled on the frame, which is convenient to disassemble.
