Gingerm Industrial Co., Limited provides professional services of precision stamping die and stamping production, serves lots of domestic and foreign customers which the European and American customers occupy 60%. Among them, the services of stamping dies include: the review on initial project information and product files(assist customer to revise the drawings when necessary), strip layout design, tooling design, tooling processes(CNC machining, heat treatment, grinding and wire cut, etc.), tooling fitting and tryout; the services of metal stamping production include: the review and confirmation on customer’s orders, stamping production, secondary processing and outsourced processing, quality control, product packaging(strip rolling packaging, tape and reel packaging, blister tray packaging, bulk packaging in PE bags, etc.) and product delivery(by sea, air or express and so on).

We have our own tool room and a team that has more than 10 years experience in die design and making. We break through the technological difficulties in stamping industry and are able to achieve automatic riveting and automatic tapping in dies for massive production. We have the capability to develop and build more than 20 dies per month, and the development cycle of dies is fast. The T1 samples can be provided around 12 days for prototyping dies and 20 days for formal production dies.

Gingerm owns high precision metal processing equipment and periodically execute maintenance of stamping dies and build up the relative safety stock of die spare parts to make sure the stability of lead time of all kinds of precise electronic stamping parts. The electronic precision stamping dies that we build: the punches mainly use carbide steel or ASP23 steel and are processed by the method of PG or EDM; the die sections use ASP23 steel or DC53 steel and are processed by the slow-feeding wire cut; the upper & lower die plates and stripper plates use DC53 steel and will do the cryogenic treatment(-190 degrees); Guiding pins & bushings mainly use the Misumi standard componens and so on. So, the die processing tolerance that Gingerm can achieve is up +/-0.007mm, the stamping material thickness can be up to 0.05-3.00mm, and the minimum dimension of piercing holes can be up to 0.08mm.
