High precision moulds are produced through high-speed precision cutting (30,000rpm), precision mirror discharge, high-precision wire-cutting process technology combined with three-dimensional inspection equipment.
A. We can meet the requirements of various treatment specifications for the surface of moulds, ranging from general tanning pattern, laser engraving special grain pattern, water drop pattern, water ripple pattern and other special design patterns, to various grades of polishing, mirror treatment, optical mirror treatment, glare mirror surface, electroforming mirror surface.
B. High-speed fine engraving cutting (30,000rpm), can achieve approximate mechanical polishing function, so that the accuracy and finish to maintain the geometry of the distortion-free.
C. Precision Mirror Discharge, in response to various complex geometric requirements, the electrodes manufactured can be derived from high precision, the surface to achieve a mirror, various types of pattern processing, to meet the requirements of the appearance of the design requirements and dimensional requirements of the characteristics of precision.
D. High-precision wire cutting process, through high-precision wire cutting to achieve seamless splicing, solving many of the original cumbersome and time-consuming work of clearing the corners.
