USB is a kind of common port of personal computer, which only has 4 wires i.e. two power lines and two single lines. So the single is transmitted in serial and usb port is also called as serial port. The pin terminal on the USB has the function of connector, which performs the transmission of power and signal by connecting wire and terminal.

USB pin terminal, usually uses 0.2mm brass H65 as material, and is produced by stamping die. Parts need to be strip rolling packaged. In that way, the whole strip in coil can be directly plated for the after treatment, which is more convenient and simpler. Meanwhile, the pattern of strip in coil can achieve automatic production in the next insert molding. That improves the production efficiency and product quality, and reduces the labor cost and human mistakes.
